The Family Planner app has a separate privacy policy.

Who we are

This website belongs to DRKSN Dev, the sole proprietorship of Silvian Derksen, DRKSN Dev, Zonnedauwhof 4, 7581 VG Losser (the Netherlands), Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42208985. For privacy questions, use the contact form.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to your message, or steps prior to entering into a contract. The message is sent to our mailbox through the email service Resend. We keep messages as long as needed to handle your question and no longer than two years, unless you become a client: then we keep what is needed for our accounts, which we are legally required to keep for seven years.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that you are human and uses technical data for this, such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Turnstile uses this only for the check and not for advertising.

Statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how often pages are viewed, which countries visitors come from and which sites refer them. It works without cookies and does not track you across other websites. We only see totals, no data about you as a person.

Hosting and cookies

The website runs on Cloudflare. For security and to keep the site working, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. We do not set cookies to track you or for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Resend are American companies, so data may be processed outside the EU. This happens on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object. Use the contact form. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this policy changes, you will see it here by the date at the top.
